NEET 2017 Cut-Off and Seat Reservation
The cut-off for NEET 2018 will be announced by CBSE with NEET 2018 results. The cut-off will depend on various factors like level of difficulty of the exam, previous cut-off and seats available. The cut-off will be according category-wise in which General category students have to acquire 50 percentile, ST, SC, and OBC – 40 percentile and 45 percentile for candidates with locomotors disability of lower limbs.

What is New in NEET 2017?
NEET 2018 is the exam to take admission in medical courses either government or private ones and from now will be the only way to take admissions in medical discipline as per the orders of Hon. Supreme Court. Also, NEET 2017 will be enumerated as the 1st attempt for all the applicants from the 3 attempts as the candidates from now are allowed to appear in NEET only 3 times.
NEET 2018 Eligibility Criteria
On December 31, 2017, the candidate should be of 17 years. The applicant must be passed with PCB and English with at least 50% aggregate for general and 40% for SC/ST/OBC. For general candidates age limit is 25 years as on December 31, 2017 and 30 years for SC/ST/OBC. And the applicant must be Indian.

NEET 2018 Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The Exam Pattern of NEET 2017 was based on following chart:-
Number of Questions: 180 multiple choice question with 1 right answer.
Syllabus and Subjects: Physics, Botany, Zoology & Chemistry.
Language: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Assamese, Telugu, Odia, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada and Tamil.
Form of Exam: The exam was carried out in offline mode (pen and paper based mode).
Time: 3 hours.
Marking system: 4 marks for each correct response.
Negative Marking: 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

NEET 2018 Counseling
The Counseling for NEET 2019 will be organized by DGHS (Directorate General of Health Services) for 15% all India Quota via online medium. Also, seats will be allotted to the students as per their score in NEET 2019 exam, and the respective authorities will conduct the counseling for state quota, government & private institutions & colleges. At the time of counseling students can choose College of their choice present according to their numbers scored and seats will be allocated as per the availability.
